Absolute fantastic value for money at the Darfield Motel. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. We stayed for four nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Spacious, warm and wonderfully clean rooms. Well equipped kitchenette. Walking distance to the amazing bakery and other places to eat. Thank you Darfield Motel for a warm welcome and perfect stay. Can't wait to come back.

Absolutely amazing hosts. We we’re stuck in Darfield at night with a massive moving trailer. Called up last minute and they were so lovely had the room warm for when we arrived and great parking. Couldn’t ask for better hosts. Definitely recommend, will be coming back again

Absolutely loved our stay here. Wally was such a thoughtful and generous host, I utterly adored him! The beds were super comfortable even better than my own bed at home!, the entire suite was comfortable really. I loved that there were make up wipes in the bathroom. And my favourite motel hot chocolate! Yum!nI was impressed at the van on hand to take us to and from the wedding venue, only $5 return trip with proceeds being donated to the local rugby club. Wally was super hospitable, even doing a second taxi run to the wedding venue for my partner and I after I missed the first one due to having issues with my fake lashes. nI hope we left our rooms in an acceptable state! Thank you so much for creating such a comfortable environment. I definitely hope to return again in the future! True blue excellent kiwi hospitality that you don't see often these days. Thank you!
