Very helpful, customer focussed. Even though I couldn't get a GP appointment the receptionist offered some alternatives. I appreciated her helpfulness, especially after experiencing utter disinterest from two other clinics. Thank you!
I don't always find the staff rude but I have run into it in the past at the darfeild practice,I recently visited the west Melton practice all I can say is outright rude unhelpful and unfriendly. I suggest you look up the definition of customer service.nnNot being able to speak to your doctor about your results over the phone is a travesty and having to take time off work and pay for another appointment is an inconvenience costly and gready on yournPart and your tx message service system offends me .nnI see a different foreign doctor every time I come in that knows nothing about me .I take my health seriously it's a shame you do not ,I have come to the conclusion your are only in it for the money.nnYou seriously need to up your game
Best medical centre, I have been too. My doctor is amazing, the receptionists and nurses are so nice and friendly and helpful.I have worked as a medical receptionist in the past and know that a friendly polite greeting with a smile certainly makes an unwell person feel better. Keep up the great work team.
Latest experience: took three visits with a sick two year old before anyone actually looked in his throat, oh look, strep throat nAnother experience: rang at lunch about a two year old with a fever, told I could not make an appointment and they'd get the nurse to call us... Took four hours to get a call back by then the fever has subsided a bit but we were informed that if the fever comes back as high as it was to go straight to A&E. No effort to make an appointment or check him out, absolutely careless and useless doctors, better off ringing healthline then waiting until you need emergency care, they won't help you.nExperience 2: Left waiting in my car with a 1 year old baby for forty minutes to get a covid test, no matter how early you ring they're booked out for the day and constantly sound massively inconvenienced having to simply answer the phone let alone book you in.nIf I had another option for medical care out here I'd have no hesitation in changing.
Not very impressed with the staff and the clinic. Went to the clinic today as per the txt message received and was pretty much yelled by the nurse that there are no face to face appointments. Got told to go an sit in my car and the doctor will call me instead. Appointment was at 9am and it's 9.10am. Tried to call the clinic but their number kept coming back engaged. Very unprofessional to be honest and tbh they have no clue about their own process.
