Delicious pies, with an awesome selection.nThe coffe is exceptionally tasty.nIndoor out door flow is great.nToilets are always clean and fresh.nFriendly staff with quick service.
Bought a few random pastries for takeaways on the car and the best item I had was surprisingly the custard square. The rest were decent too. Will definitely come back again when I am around the area. For the price, we thought it was a steal too. Reccomended to come and try for yourselves.
I tried the smoky beef, jalapeño, and cheese pie — it was absolutely amazing. The filling was generous, and the smoky beef was full of flavour.nThe staff were kind, and there were heaps of other delicious-looking breads on display. I’d love to go back and try them all.nHonestly, it was far better than the other place.
Had a couple of fantastic visits during my stay in Christchurch. The staff are very welcoming, and there was plenty of space to sit although the place seemed busy it had enough space to make it not look too busy.nFood was fantastic also making it a great place to visit.nUpdate after returning 7 months later,n1st time ques out the door, however staff where super onto it, and the queue moved steadily, still a fantastic place, managed an incredibly well made coffee to accompany a delicious steak and mushroom pie
Great bakery and cafe. Superb selection of baked goods and breakfast options. The staff are very friendly and provide great service. The gathering place for locals and definitely a great coffee break option if you’re travelling through to the West coast or heading South the long way around.
