I got in touch with Danika Cooper Jewellery via their Instagram page on a Saturday morning and got a response almost right away. I had a pearl and wanted to turn it into a pendant. Within a week and a few messages to and fro, I have the most beautiful piece of jewelry. She sorted out the chain, I took the pearl to her, while I had breakfast at a nearby cafe, she got working and voila!! , there it was a simple, yet beautiful piece of art and elegance , sitting pretty around my neck. Danika was an absolute pleasure to communicate with- prompt, clear and warm, her work is brilliant and most of all affordable. I had been sitting with this pearl that I got as a gift for the past 4 years as I couldn't afford to have it turned in to a piece of jewelry. Thanks to Danika. Danika’s pearl jewellery is stunning. I love their simple and effective designs, quality craftsmanship and brilliant personal service. I wear pearl jewellery that I purchased from Danika all the time. They also made custom pieces for me that I love, and they went above and beyond in organising those pieces for me. My partner and I would like to Thank Danika Cooper for making our dream a reality. The journey towards my dream ring started last year. To provide some context, we have very limited jewellery outlets where i live so we started looking abroad to see whether i could get what i wanted. At the beginning of the year i contacted Danika about whether they did engagement rings and if she could help us. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast and smooth it all went from there. Danika has been so patient and thorough with answering all my inquiries and questions which ranged from choosing the ring setting to the type of diamonds and their grade with full explanations to the different types of metal for the ring. No question was too difficult for her to answer. Everything was done remotely via messenger and they weren't short messages either, she never left a detail out which would have been much easier answered face to face but my experience with Danika felt like i was dealing in real time which showed me that she sincerely cared about us being happy with the outcome. As the person on the receiving end, I felt reassured, confident, happy and content with our interactions and the level of communication to continue with Danika Cooper to deliver our dream ring and I'm extremely glad that we did. The whole experience has been seamless and effortless from communicating extensively to finalising our choice to delivering and we cannot thank Danika and Tumua enough for helping us get our perfect ring. Overall, I've felt a whole lot of emotions on the journey towards getting the perfect ring for me where Danika has been with me every single step of the way. It was exciting, fun and genuinely heartfelt as i believe it should be for every person choosing such a significant piece of jewellery. The wooden luxury box that we received our ring in is spectacular and really added so much value to our special piece. When we received the ring and tried it on, it fit so perfectly, it felt like it was meant to be. Have bought twice from Danika and each time I am amazed at the quality of service and communication from Danika. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and delivery was on point. Ordered on a Friday and it arrived early Monday morning how good was that : The items itself strand and a ring were of high quality and I couldn't be happier. Overall very satisfied with the service especially my pearl items. Very affordable and good quality. Will definitely be buying more from them.
I highly recommend Danika Cooper. I've already ordered 6 beautiful pieces so far and delivery is so quick! one of the pieces I got custom made V pearl necklace and it was beyond my expectations. I have had several custom pieces made, set and redesigned with my own pearls by Danika & Tamua and every time I collect the finished piece I'm always satisfied and seem to order more - Bad for me, good for them lol Thank you for listening to my wants and making them a reality. I'm very particular when purchasing personal pieces of jewelry is it's a lifetime investment and I always want to be sure that the end result is always what I've requested.
