If their service is as good as their driving I would not recommend. This was from a few weeks ago. I witnessed a similar event when their driver ignored a red light at the same location.
When it came to end of year wheelie bin hire renewal sent invoice and tried to overcharge me by setting start date for next term before 1 year was completed. Owner conpletely avoided me when I stated the dates were incorrect and to correct them. Mike is actually quite dodgy and is not considerate at all. Then just took the bin without any discussions while we are overseas and our business is left with no bin. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend them at all!
Very annoying, had everything booked in for demo work to take place and they cancelled at last minute. The first excuse was that there was a problem with the truck, the second excuse was that there was no cell phone coverage in the area but i pointed out to them that i was calling them on my cell phone so that excuse didn't wash either , on further investigation it seems that they did not want to travel 3km along a normal sealed rural road as its a bit bendy but i pointed out that we have had the huge truck and trailers using the road to build transmission gully for months without any issues. No idea what there real problem was but it has caused delay in our project for which i still have to pay builders for so i'm not very impressed at all. My advise, if your wanting a skip for work that fits around others don't take the chance with this company as it may cost you if they do the same behaviour and service to you. I am still waiting for my refund as well, i wonder how long that will take.nMy advise for Daily Waste Services Ltd, just be honest and upfront and don't try to lie to the customer.
I hired a bin for 6 months with fortnightly pick up. Four weeks before the end of contract I received an invoice for another 6 months. I advised the company I didn't want to extend. At the 2nd to last pick up date, the company picked up the bin and took it away. I emailed the company asking them to return the bin as I had intended filling the bin over the Easter break before the last pick up. I had no response from the company. I will now have to go to the dump with my rubbish!
I've had a weekly wheelie bin service from daily waste for the last couple of years. I changed to them from a larger company who seem to own most of the waste companies whereas Daily Waste is locally owned which is good to support.nnPick up service has been excellent. On the odd occasion that I have forgot my bin I've sometimes been pleased to see the driver has collected it anyway it's not far from the road I never got this level of service from any of the big waste companies I used to use.nnI find if you treat people well, they will treat you well in return. This has been my experience with Daily Waste. They have always been excellent to work with.
