Amazing Service.nLooked after us at short notice.nForgot to mention that there workshop wasn’t open on Sat, but they opened up to let me pick up my bike as we don’t live in the region.
This is what customer service looks like! We were consistently delighted with two professionals who under-promised and over-delivered! Josh and Åre are approachable, knowledgeable and, most of all, they listen to what we need.nIn a question for the best e- bike for our needs, we took our and their time and are 100% satisfied with the results. A great deal was had, too, with lots of valuable goodies. An appointment during the quiet time was set aside for fitting and instruction, leaving us confident of a new dimension to our riding experience. Thanks guys! 5/5
I can’t recommend Cycling Tom’s Bike Shop enough! I have a vintage bike that’s a bit too complicated and heavy! for me to transport, so Adam came straight to my house to pump up the tyres and give it some care. Such a lifesaver! He was friendly, reliable, and clearly knows his stuff. It’s such a great service for anyone who finds it tricky to get their bike into a shop. Thanks Adam – I’ll definitely be calling you again!
