Stopped in Masterton on way south on TA trail. The Cycling Tom worshop guys were excellent and sorted nasty creak in rear hub ... true bike whisperers. Fitted my job in at short notice and couldn't have been more helpful. Great senses of humor to go with it all. Maybe a couple of the other reviewerst need to work on theirs a bit!
We brought our MTB e-bike in for a few times, but the maintenance team lacks proper communication and expertise in servicing our bike. Despite paying a significant amount for repairs, the bike is now nearly unrideable and is in repair with experts. We have yet to raise a complaint in person, but we are extremely disappointed with the service.
