Great new premises with a cafe included. Friendly staff with a great atmosphere. Coffee and cabinet food is delicious
Such great service. Called the day before while riding the TA. Sorted with the crew to come in first thing Sunday morning which happened to be Christmas Eve and get my spoke/ wheel repaired. Callum knew his stuff and such a cool place to relax in while the work went on.
Tom and Joshua were amazing in helping me fix a problem with the crank arms for my peddles. They didn’t have the correct cranks in the shop however Tom went home to get his mountain bike to take the cranks off it and put on my bike. After less than an hour I was ready to continue our North island bike ride. The coffee and food was also great in the coffee shop. Great people and great service
With a view to perhaps purchasing a new MTB, I needed to get updated on the bike technology upgrades from my old 40 year-old 10 speed Shimano. Caleb attended to me and gave marvelous service - with no promise of a sale, he progressed me through each successive model and what the increased price reflected and the pros and cons of each system. Caleb was a credit to Tom's Bikes - thank you Caleb. I'll be back.
We have just purchased a new bike for my daughter, the staff were so friendly, helpfully and knowledgeable. I can't recommend this business enough. Also lovely new premises.
