The team at Cycle Nation are amazing. We were visiting Hawkes Bay and started off just wanting to hire an extra bike, but ended up needing a repair on one of our own bikes. They went above and beyond to finish the repair in time for us to still get a ride in that day. Such a friendly, helpful bunch! Highly recommend!

Needed a new derailleur, found online at Cycle Nation, phoned Nico and ordered it late in the afternoon, at 7am the next day it was at my door, fantastic service, highly recommend Cycle Nation, will be using again.
