Excellent facility, a few minutes drive out of town but very quiet and very comfortable. The facility and everything in it us quite new and well designed. Would highly recommend. I travelled alone however this would be perfect for groups, large family events, groups of friends or corporate although clearly it is used a lot for sports teams

Our wedding venue was Red Barn in Karapiro and we're looking for a place that can accomodate our bridal party, family, friends and furbabies since we're all are from Auckland. And my husband found Podium Lodge --- it was just perfect! - Enough rooms for everyone - Clean and tidy rooms and toilets - Dog friendly - Nice location for photoshoots - Dorm where everyone could gather - Laundry - BBQ Area - Lovely staff - everyone was just awesome. Our stay was perfect. Definitely coming back. Thank you and happy new year!

Fantastic accommodation, modern and clean, quiet with many outside seating areas, excellent parking.

We absolutely loved our two stays here. Its more like 5 stars for us - excellent, modern, clean and well-equiped units perfect for families and pets. Great place to stay if you are driving and/or if you are visiting the Velodrome. Small but perfectly formed units. It was strange to only have one chair in a double room but great that pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

Great modern motel. Stayed in Beijing 5. Very clean, had everything we needed. Beds are VERY comfortable, made for a great night sleep. Lovely little dining table and couches in the open plan kitchen and living area. Beautiful water pressure for a lovely hot shower Thanks Bill, Wendy and team!Rooms: 5/5
