Our team can help you generate the concept and design development right through to manufacture and final install. The team can take your design or architectual concept and work through the mechanical and engineering challenges to create shop drawings.

Combining our amazing team of professional trades people with the latest manufacturing technology enables us to make just about anything. Offering you the full package, we can tender all the aspects of your project, from furniture, joinery, engineering, fabrication, plastic fabrication, composites, signage and much more. Cutting Innovations can 3D scan the space to check accuracy. We can machine any sculptural pieces, having tradespeople from the boat building industry to cover all composite and complex shapes. All mould making is done in house so we can control the process from start to finish and having laser cutting and CNC routers at our disposal means complex patterns are no problem for us.


Sculpting and FX

Cutting Innovations technology is perfect for sculpting, we take your digital model and produce a sculpt fast and accurately on our 7 axis robotic machining cell, although we have the ability to sculpt traditionally as well. Our team members have over 30 years experience in the film special effects. We can 3D scan environments and reproduce them in foam on the robot incredibly fast. Scanning miniatures and reproduce at any scale, small on the 3D printers and massive on the robot. It's not just sculpting we can offer......there is set building, prop building, animatronics and scenicing too!
