Well...if you only expect 5-6 years life on your big investment for your double track curtains please shop at Curtain Studio. After spending thousands there really isn't any comeback if your curtain prematurely let go from Sun damage. You would have hoped that curtains are made to handle the sun, as after all, they are exposed every day really. These are custom make from recommendations from there in house designer.
I purchased a house lot of curtains and blinds from Emma at Curtain Studio and she was an absolute delight. We changed our mind a few times and each time it created a lot of work for Emma and she was always incredibly accommodating and had good recommendations for us. Incredible customer service. Emma is a huge asset to Curtain studio!!
Highly recommend the team at CurtainStudio in Hornby. Fantastic communication, amazing customer service, super friendly and helpful sales and install team, and our curtains and blinds are even better than I could have hoped for!! 10/10 team. Keep up the good work!!
Staff were quite friendly, but when we received our first quote, we were only quoted for half the window coverings we asked for, without knowing. Then when they did a measure on site the quote doubled. This was the first issue. It then took them about twice the time they mentioned for the order to be made which meant that we made numerous phone calls to the store. Again staff were friendly but did not appear to care too much that our order was so delayed and towards the end did not know where our blinds were after our curtains finally arrived. When the blinds eventually arrived there were not brackets to install them with, so we called back to the store to pick up some, at which time staff appeared judgemental and it was very uncomfortable being there.
We contracted Curtain Studio to put up blinds and curtains for our new home in September. All the blinds have been put up today, January 31. 4 weeks vs 4 months? To add to that, the consultant stopped answering my calls/emails asking for updates. Absolutely horrible service and company!
I recently purchased curtains and blinds for my house from curtain studio and overall experience has been below average. I made the decision to go with curtain studio initially because I needed curtains urgently and got told by my consultant I will get my curtains in 2-3 weeks, 7-8 weeks later and I still don’t have all my curtains and blinds. I got sent wrong colour roller blinds and wrong size curtains I now have multiple hole on my wall because of wrong size curtain. When I advised my curtain consultant multiple times about wrong colour and size there was no action until I complained to store manager. Couple of weeks later they still not sure when replacement curtains will arrive. Also the width of curtains look wrong for custom made curtains. The rails very average quality. I will not recommend curtain studio to anyone else because of their poor customer service and poor quality product making of curtains and size rather than material.
They're only quick to respond when they're trying to get you to sign a contract with them. Their consultant stated lead time was 4 weeks and when you ask them for updates on the 4th week, you don't receive any response from them at all. If we only knew we were going to receive such poor service from them, we would have gone with a different company instead. Beautiful window furnishings Really thrilled with my beautiful curtains & blinds for my brand new home. I could choose sunscreen and blackout blinds. Special thanks to my home consultant, Linda. Highly recommend!
I needed two packs of matching curtains with white lining like the shop sample but the second pack had creamy yellow lining which changes the colour of the curtain from greyish to brownish. The sales team went to a lot of trouble to source another pair from another part of the country. They also gave good advice and demonstration about preparing and hanging the curtains.
Popped in earlier today looking for ready-made curtains and was blown away by the service and the selections they have, and all for an affordable price. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady that assisted us as she was so helpful! I have had bad experiences with other curtain retailers but I definitely will keep coming back to Curtain Studio and will recommend them to anyone who's looking for curtains.
