Nice place to stop over or for a few days. There's a little house with a kitchen you can use. Also free WiFi! Important to note you need the Penny app for early Kiwicash to pay for the site 15$, power and showers/laundry. We downloaded it and bought a Penny key card for 5$ from the petrol station across the roadnnSome of the powered sites didn't work. There is a huge field with plenty of space. The village is cute with some shops, restaurants and playgrounds.
Nice quiet park setting to freedom camp the RV for up to 2 nights. Space for only 2 campers but another 2 spaces over the other side against main road. Flush toilets open all night. Nice bakery open early for hot chocolate when partner sleeps in.!

In mens bathroom there is an angry and or scared bird nesting right above the urinal. Although harmless he scared the he'll out of me in the night. Otherwise great little campground for nz$15 per car
