Really disappointed with my Truck COF. Some of the points raised were already brought with my new truck. Felt that it was a money making scheme for their Garage. Went to VTNZ the next day and they passed my Truck.
Every bit of work I have had done here has taken WAY longer then it should have. The COF check's take ages, but the guy is fair. Booked in for a recheck but CTM did not keep the booking. It is very hard to get my truck back off them so it can go to work. Also when I have made a booking for a 10 minute COF recheck, and then they can't do it, it makes it impossible to work.
