Fantastic shop! I was impressed with how you packed the parcel nicely and carefully. It was pretty easy to contact the shop as well. Casey was helpful and friendly. I am happy with my first order.
So disappointed, it says online they’re open and it has a sign outside that they’re open. However everything is closed and locked, no answer at the door and no one answered the phone. I got a reply on text when I asked if they are open and received “ Hi there at the moment i am on holiday in the Hawke’s Bay and want be opening the shop until 10 January 2023 Thanks ” the store may be lovely but the customer service is absolutely appalling. As a retail manager myself I was so disappointed.
Casey is such an amazing guy! Full of knowledge! And sells beautiful crystals,cards,pendants! Etc….highly recommend coming here.

Crystal Impressions has a wonderful selection of crystals, cards, and many other interesting pieces that can add to your spiritual journey. Casey is very helpful and has a wealth of knowledge. Would highly recommend.
It is obviously a good shop as people waiting with us have come previously but, when we came we rang the phone and knocked on the door and no one answered. Apparently the gate is normally open and you just walk in but this was not the case for us it was shut. It also said it was open with a sign at the front and on google but it was not.
Very nice crystal, rock shop.
Absolutely great highly recommend
