I’ve been with this company for the past one year and have found them to be extremely professional and with excellent service. I’ve had no issues with them. I had found myself changing to this company after being a few years with my previous pool company who had started providing crappy service and had left our pool in a terrible condition and kept charging us for visits they never made. Crystal clear took over, had a smooth transition they helped us out and we’ve been extremely satisfied with them ever since. They are reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. I like their customer service where they deal with each problem with up most urgency and each valet is done with care and time. They’ve done a great job with my pool.

Absolutely over the moon with Chris and his team. We reached out to multiple companies to assist us with the replacement of pool lights with an older pool only to be told it was impossible. Not an easy task but really grateful for the team who responded so promptly and made it easy to get the job done. Would highly recommend
The whole team was great. Cost more than I'd like but that's because more issues were found. The blow was softened thanks to a pragmatic approach to call outs and repairs.
I had to return a product as it wasn't performing properly. It got replaced, and then didn't work properly in my pool, after requesting my money back, under the consumer guarantees act, was advised they wouldn't replace nor refund the product. They sold me a product not fit for purpose. When i told you what the pool vacuum was being used for the first time I called to complain about the bristles falling out, you never advised that it shouldn't be used in a concrete pool. I never received any advice when the product was returned to me. either. It just appeared on my doorstep. It has been used a total of four times. We did discuss a refund under the consumer guarantee act on the telephone. Your response to that comment, was "I don't think so - that will have to come out of my profit - bring it back to me to have a look at". After that unhelpful response I sent my email. If you don't want to stand behind your consumables, that is your prerogative - albeit disappointing.
