The service offered by this business was very poor. It took more than 5 months to get our stuff from Auckland to Adelaide! Yes, that's right - more than 5 months! As you get passed from one staff member to another they become progressively more rude and dismissive, sending long copy-paste emails with information about supply chain disruptions. The sales person had told us our stuff would be in Adelaide after 8-12 weeks. But it took 20 weeks. They even billed us for increases in shipping costs - incurred because they were taking so long - and threatened to hold our stuff as ransom. But what this company does very well is encourage its customers to complete a Google review right after uplift and packing. Read the reviews carefully, and you will see lots of people who were delighted with the packers, as were we. But it went all downhill from there. If you do choose to use this company, make sure you don't write your Google review until after you get your stuff! Then we might all see a more accurate rating.
Excellent experience from communication with Sandi from the admin team, to Max and Adam on the day of my move. On time, efficient, friendly and fun! Nothing was a problem, despite multiple changes on my part. Look forward to using their service again in the future. Thanks so much!
