CrossFit H-Squad is designed to increase the health and fitness of local people in the Mackenzie District - 'Lifestyle Conditioning'.
CrossFit H-Squad is about progress. We all have goals we want to achieve right? It could be to eat cleaner and stay leaner, increase general fitness, distract your mind from the busy areas of your life or have a laugh with like minded people. CrossFit H-Squad's programme can be scaled to suit any ability from the very beginners to the more advanced athlete.
We want to generate a family/community who motivate and support each other. Although training might sound serious, we will have a lot of fun along the way - living by the work hard/play hard moto!
Driven by a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer we do a combination of exercises and implement a variety of methodologies. We use a combination of functional movements with intensity being the ultimate goal. Intensity = change!
