Story

At Cross Country Recruitment we specialize in entrance and mid level position placement in the NZ Dairy farming sector, we have candidates from New Zealand and abroad looking for new opportunities.

It is a principal goal of Cross Country Recruitment to manage the expectations of both employers and employees, we will work constantly with all parties to ensure realistic goals are set and positive action is always in progress before, during and after positions have been filled. Your problems are our problems and we want to learn about your farm so we can better assist you.

All foreign applicants will be familiar with kiwi farming practices and culture, as well as fluent in English if it is not already their first language. Cross Country Recruitment will handle all immigration matters pertaining to foreign applicants being legally eligible to work in NZ.
