Me and my friends went into the store and straight away we are getting looks from the staff. as we were browsing and talking about a certain skincare brand, a man walked up to us and told us to leave the store. all of my friends shared a confused looks before heading out, not wanting to cause any drama. is this because we’re young?. Also, one a few of my friends were looking at some testers and she had a couple in her hand and Was and was choosing one. A staff member came up to her, and sternly told her to put it down. She wasn’t gonna take it. She was just looking at it. The staff member made my friend uncomfortable, I hope you read this and it improves your staff behaviour because I think the old staff are better.
I was greatful that they could give me two days meds as i need them , $35 seemed extremely overpriced when a month of prescription in Dunedin is free

Had my wife in tears couldn't get our baby pamol ..the women behind the counter was rude and awful to her ..now we struggling with an upset baby can't wait to get back to Northland

Picked my script up this week and was served by Jackie, what a friendly person to have at the front of desk, infact I have only gone to this pharmacy since moving to Cromwell and I find all the staff so helpful
