The lady was wonderful, the unit was amazingly clean. Accommodated a late check at short notice, turned the heaters in for us as well. Unit was very spacious would be great for families.
To be frank it's haunted! I'm not going to sugar coat it. It was eerie knocking and banging in the toilet area from 1am to 7am. Then the next day it started from 9.30pm.. receptionist said it was the hot water cylinder shared between the units. Who's going to be using water at 1am fr?? Even though there was a car parked outside the unit next to us. Definitely no one was in there as we looked the beds weren't slept in..nI know when someone's not telling me the truth is when they cut someone off from talking and start to repeat themselves multiple times. Then walks away and not return just left us there in the reception area..nI will put this on tiktok sorry to say
First of all This place is a haunted place. Me and my partner stayed in this motel on 13 th and 14 th September 2024 nights at Unit 8 in cromwell motel.On the first night around 1 am we heard somebody banging in our bathroom door continuesly from inside of our unit. We woke up and investigated. But nobody was there. Its a very loud door banging noise happend every 5 to 10 mins. On the Second night it started very early from 9.30pm.So me and my partner couldn't sleep the whole nights as it happend the whole nights in both Days. We complained about this to the owners. But they just refused it and went away. But we could see that they already know this is a haunted place. Don't ever book this place if you want to spend a good vacation guys. Because we ruined ours by staying in this haunted motel. Never go there again and not recommending to Anyone.
Was here for two nights 26th & 27th May with a mate.nUp visiting Cromwell for a couple of days.nThis motel is very budget and in that I would day it was money well spent.nRoom was comfortable, clean, tidy and warm.nBed comfortable and all quite adequate for what we needed.nWould be quite happy to stay here again .nBring a bottle of real milk if your like me and loathe those longtime milk portions in your tea or coffee.
had a great stay, heater and lights on as we turned up late, we had a budget room was great, was nice and clean, was pet friendly : , budget room is way nicer than looks online ,
