Avoid this clinicnnI had the worst experience here. The receptionist demanded $150 upfront before confirming availability. Dr. Iain Carr delayed my referral for over a week as he ‘kept forgetting’ - how unprofessional. He then sent it to a specialist with a months-long wait without consulting me. I had to see another doctor to fix the issue who did so, so promptly.nnFollow-ups were unhelpful, with staff repeatedly suggesting another $150 appointment. Avoid this place and go elsewhere for reliable care.
Worst place in the world . They wrote me out wrong medication. Which I paid for. Now I HV pay again. To get my medication. And I couldn't make an Appointment unless I had money on me . She said you hVnt got any money so I'm not booking it
Called the center to ask for an appointment with a travel doctor. Talked to Sheryl who from the very beginning insisted I should get to Queenstown despite me living 5 mins. from Cromwell.nnAfter asking for at least 5 times, she decided to check for potential dates which she denied of any being avaliable before and found a potential one for 10 days later.nnAs she informs me of the price 100 NZD more expensive than Wanaka, I asked why would it be such difference, but her response was “if you will question the price, you may go to Queenstown then.”nnTERRIBLE SERVICE, with a very bad attitude and a complete lack of empathy and help. Just what you need at a medical service.
Thank you for a pleasant experience today.nLovely doctor and staff. Am away from home traveling and was concerned about getting medical assistance but needn't have worried. Pleasant experience.
Called up to make an appointment and enroll and the receptionist was quick to try and make me pay $110 over the phone for my appointment without and even letting me know what times were available.nnNow reading these reviews I can see that customer service issues is common.
