Cromwell's OSCAR School Holiday Programme for 5-12 year olds based at the Junction Suite, Cromwell Primary School.
The programme is overseen by a volunteer parent committee. Each programme employs a programme supervisor and other programme staff to meet the ratios set out by the Ministry of Social Development.
