Friendly, efficient and convenient. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Diddy unnecessary work or pad the bill as seems to be the norm with mechanics. Gave me the information I needed, explained the job. Provided an itemised invoice and got the job done. Very happy with the service though car maintenance is never cheap didn't overcharge. Recommend this business. Will use again should the need arise

Costumer service very poor, so RUDE sarcastically raising his voice when i ask my car if pass in WOF. maybe iam brown color and asian just end up pull up town cromwell and find a good workshop exactly the sameday and show them WOF checksheet and they gave me good price honest and kind people.

I’ve been to Cromwell Auto Centre 3 times now and received excellence service every time. My most recent visit had the potential to be a very expensive cooling system problem. Chris took me through the possibilities in layman’s terms and possible costs. Turned out thankfully to be the cheapest option and was expertly dealt with. An honest trader providing excellent service at a price cheaper than I’ve been used to in Auckland. Highly recommended.

Ive had very positive experiences when using Cromwell Auto over the last 15 years. Chris is very professional, obliging & fairly priced. Trust him 100% to give the best service/price.

It was a terrible corresponding, It is impossible in Japan, The boss here is a rude person You had better not go. We didn’t speak Japanese before with you ,Don’t say a lie. I'll never forget that you were throwing away my car certificate.

I had to get my WOF done and got an appointment 1 week later one day before the national lockdown. I was so happy about that! It took one hour. The staff was friendly and the price very good.

Claimed they topped up all the levels for our service only for us to find the coolant tank almost empty the next day. Not only this, but they carelessly chucked all our belongings from the front of the car into back making a lot of mess for us to clean up. Wouldn't recommend if you're a backpacker with a van- don't even know what they actually did for the money we paid- probably not a lot

I made the first call, Chris didn’t say if I can make an appointment or not and hang up directly, I didn’t have a chance to hear clearly what he said. He didn’t say bye. That’s really rude to customers. I tried to call again and again, no one answer the phone.

These guys saved my ass when CR Motors tried to rip me off big time. Copy paste of the review I gave them: Long story short: Car broke down 5 minutes after I passed through Cromwell and then AA got CR Motors to pick me and my car up, which was great.. but back at their garage the manager tried to rip me of by telling me the fix was gonna cost about $3000, even after he saw how big of a problem that was for me. I ended up getting it fixed for less than $600 at Cromwell Auto Centre THE NEXT DAY. Take my advice, don't go to CR Motors. Go to CAC instead.
