We had the BEST experience using Creature Comforts this week. My partner and I are new to Wellington and don't know many people who could watch our cat when we went away; Creature Comforts came highly recommended and it is purrrfect. Every day I received a service report email with an update on how Georgie was, with photos! The team took attentive, loving care of our kitty. Their service report updates put me at ease and I would 1000% use this service again. Thank you so much to the amazing team at Creature Comforts, what an amazing service you offer.

As our lovely cat got older, she would get stressed to the point of illness if we used a cattery. Creature Comforts was recommended by a co-worker, and I wouldn't use anybody else now. Cally is safe in her own space and has somebody come attend to her every day. Great feedback and information about each visit means we can feel safe. Highly recommend.

I highly rate Creature Comforts! They put your mind at ease with the daily updates including pics and take fantastic care. They also collect mail and water plants which is a big bonus! Your pet and home is in good hands with them.

We're so grateful for Fadzi and the team for taking such great care of our cats. We really appreciate the regular updates and pictures, which really helps when you're anxious about leaving pets. So glad we found Creature Comforts and would strongly recommend them!

I love these guys and so does my cat   I've been using Creature Comforts for several years and usually get the same person cuddling and feeding my boy. Fast and easy to book and I get daily updates with pics. Absolute stars.

I've got a difficult cat who isn't always fun for people who he doesn't know. Creature comforts have looked after him every time I'm away for years now. I trust them, and they hold a key. My troubled little cat doesn't get as traumatised as he used to when I'm away.

I would recommend Creature Comforts to absolutely anyone!  My babies are very timid so I was terrified of leaving them alone with a stranger but Creature Comforts were an absolutly amazing.  They treated them with such love and affection. They were so healthy and happy when I got back. My three cat-children were once again left in the best care while I was away for work. I got daily pictures and updates so I didn’t have any concerns about their well being while I was gone.  I returned home to find three super calm and uber relaxed cats bearing in mind that one is a very feisty individual so it’s great to know they were so well cared for despite their quirks.
