I purchase everything online via this online site. Once received a defective product and they immediately sent me a new one after I spoke to them on phone and emailed them. Its trustworthy.
As the website says , mostly online business. Ran out of a yarn I was using for a project and thought might be easier to just drop in and purchase rather than wait on Auspost delivery. Staff very busy picking orders , once I found someone to help me it was a quick process however I'll stick to online in future.

Wouldn’t recommend buying from here. Very overpriced as it is. I made an order And was sent the wrong product and wasn’t offered any compensation besides risking my own health going to the post office and sending back their mistake. After much back and forth emailing they offered me $6 back of a $23 order.. not happy.
