Story

Brewing yummy craft beer from my garage at home in New Plymouth!

My brother Kelly Ryan has been commercially brewing for many years in the NZ then the U.K and is now back in New Zealand working for EPIC Breweries (The nicest craft beer in NZ!)(& Liberty in NP! oh yes) Kelly opened my eyes to the big wide world of craft beer and that there is an endless limit to what you can accomplish! (+ He's fantastic backup for when things are going wrong while doing a brew! 1 of my help lines!)

Liam - A very good friend of mine I meet 2 years ago has practically taught me everything when it comes to putting a brew down, I have spent MANY hours with him as his brewing apprentice before I got the trainer wheels off and started brewing at home on my own!

Joesph Woods Liberty Brewing Company here in New Plymouth - He made my micro brewery setup, he also retails to the public all over New Zealand everything you need to brew BEER! Again Jo is another life line to call when I'm needing some very experienced insight to what I brewing at the time!

Jesse (Bil)(Brother in law) He's always keen day or night to come put down a brew and bounce ideas off! With his vast liquor knowledge he's good to have around!
