Victoria did an amazing job on my micro needling. She was extremely thorough, and explained what she was doing the whole time. I felt like I was being taken care of and that she had such expertise on the treatment and skincare in general. She has such a warm and helpful personality! Highly recommend.
I have been visiting Laser Clinics Featherston St for years, to receive hair laser removal. I've always been happy with their professional service and results and would highly recommend. Been going to Laser Clinics Australia for 10 years for laser and this was my first time in NZ. It was probably the worst experience to date. The poor girl doing the treatment was clearly exhausted and frazzled from back to back treatments. I have never felt so rushed in my entire history of laser, to the point where it felt like someone in such a hurry should not really be allowed to use a laser on someone. I asked if she could add lip to the brazil and underarm. I said if there wasn’t enough time we can skip underarm to allow for lip. She literally started lasering my face while I was still explaining where I needed it. Same with Brazil I tried to explain not to go too close to the hairline but she just defensively said ‘we laser where it’s shaved’. The whole treatment she was in such a hurry it was practically a panic. Really feels like a factory at the expense of actually listening to the customer. Irony is Brazil and underarm is a 10min treatment and she had me in and out with Brazil and lip in 8 min… I was 20min early so I certainly didn’t delay her. Just unnecessarily stressful and such an unpleasant experience. If the workers were given a little more time per treatment perhaps they would deliver a better experience. Laser Clinics Australia have been delivering fantastic treatments so I don’t know why this clinic failed so miserably.
Great experience at featherston laser clinic! Victoria at featherston laser clinic is amazing. She is always friendly, cheerful and makes me feel comfortable every time - even when they are short staffed. She always checks to make sure I’m okay for each session and adjusts when I ask her to. My first session I was nervous beforehand, but she made me feel so comfortable and put me at ease. Would definitely recommend Victoria at featherston - especially for those who are looking to try Laser :
I am an Indian did my kleresca treatment here for acne which ended in 3rd June this year Its been 2 months now and my skin is dark black as ever. It has effected me physiology and affect my self esteem first they said the skin colour would be normal in 6 weeks but I am roaming with a black face please help me I have my engagement and I have to go thru a mental set back. When will I get back my original skin colour? Now I really wonder if this is meant to be for an Indian brown skin
Honestly LOVE this clinic, everyone is always professional and treatments are top quality! My personal favorite is Victoria, she takes pride in everything she does and her level of service and knowledge is incredible. ** edited following the patronising response from ‘the owner’ If I could move my rating to zero or less I would. As mentioned in my original review, I had successfully received this treatment before and knew what to expect, therefore I did not have a consultation. When I asked the therapist how many treatments she thought I would need on the very small area of pigmentation she said ‘one or two’ which was my expectation also. I can now see that if she had treated the entire small area keeping in mind that I paid to have a whole quarter of my face treated rather than doing one un-noticeable zap with the laser, I would be able to notice a difference, as has been the case previously. As for the $59 cream I was conned into purchasing I didn’t bother using it as there was no need. Also noticed the active ingredient is Witch Hazel which you can buy in the Chemist Warehouse for $10. I hope this will help the next unsuspecting person who genuinely believes they are paying for a quality service. I have had this treatment before at the predecessor clinic Courtney Cosmetic. It worked well and I knew what to expect, however my experience last week was disappointing and a total rip-off. I had a fingernail sized area of pigmentation on one cheek so booked a quarter face which appeared to be the cheapest option. I got it for half price if I had paid full price I would be even more furious right now although clearly half price equated to half a treatment - one zap of the laser. I was then ‘convinced’ that I would need a $59 tube of cream for the ‘burning, swelling and redness’ which obviously didn’t occur due to the lack of appropriate treatment. One week on the treated area looks exactly the same as it did before I spent over $100 at this clinic.
—— Quickest way to lose $300, go somewhere else —— I bought a microneedling session online and when I rang them to book it I was told that it was a requirement to buy more than a hundred dollars worth of their products. I’ve done this treatment before in NZ and overseas and I know for a fact it’s not the case. I wanted my money back. No chance, the best they can do is a gift card. Last email was ignored and the replies to other reviews here reveal a pattern of defensiveness and disregard. Scammy business model: plenty of better options in Wellie, go somewhere else.
I’ve had a great experience. Everyone is friendly, very informative and super professional. They know what they’re doing and the treatments have been good and effective.
