Had dinner here while passing through. Mixed platter for two is well worth it. Friendly staff and locals, great little stop off.

Great place, atmosphere, and service. The food despite the bad reviews is great, and good portions. If you're an uptight Vegan Aucklander, then this place isn't for you go home. Recommend stopping here for lunch.
This was the only restaurant opened in Omarama at dinnertime when we went there. While the food was well-presented, it wasn't that fresh and I ended up not feeling well afterwards... in hindsight, Omarama wasn't really a worthy place to stay at because there was nothing to do.
Just had the best feed and service! Meals were massive! Highly recommend the ribs and the steak. Will definitely be back.
