Restaurant was not clean and tidy, may be because of shortage of staff. Because everyone busy serving customers. I loved Zinger burger Box meal and it’s really yummy with finger licking wings. Highly recommended specially for quick bite.
Not ideal for me! Small But too much crowded!! Food was medium taste But was expansive! Yeah you can try one time in your life like me
With the exception of the area it is located in, which is a really messy area in London with many naughty kids like last time we had to deal with hearing them screaming in the toilet. Other than that, the staff are extremely nice The workers i see are super hardworking and do their best to serve. The toilet is clean. The environment is really nice. they also do one of my favourite chicken the best, it is very juicy. We tend to order the food on app online so collection is fast and stable.
I complained to just eat regarding my last order for what I received look at the attached photo, they never got back to me. I decided never to order from this kfc again. Look at what they sent me, I would rather buy full sized chicken burger from Chesters on ilford lane.
they get my late night order wrong every time, this time I ordered stacker meal and it came with no chips, on top of that it came with a Tropicana orange instead of pepsi
Visited this KFC, it a tiny store so with a few people inside it can feel crowded. There's only 2 digital ordering stations which were both not working on my visit, waited about 10 minutes for service. This store needs to relocate to bigger premises or renovate to make better use of the space it has as it's far too busy here always.Food: 4/5
placed an order! 3 positions did not bring the cost of 20 pounds I do not advise anyone this is a terrible restaurant and bad people. They took the money and did not bring the food that I ordered
First time visited "KFC" in uk. Seriously it was very "disaster" experience . The texture of meat is not KFC mark its feels like i am eating in a roadside fast food court. Fries are burnt-out. I hope this branch doesn't maintain the lagacy .
Terrible.. Staff don't speaks English.. Always no paper on the self-check up... Can't understand orders. Some of them cough over the food.. Not on purpose but if they are sick why work? I understand that KFC wants to make money with cheap labour, but this is beyond rediculous.
Two ladies were at the till. Really felt sorry for them as the restaurant was mad busy and these ladies worked hard. Had really long queue but didnt have enough staff. The shop floor was filthy, tables were uncleaned and the bins were almost full. We had to clean our table and found lots of others tables were full of leftover foods from previous customers however nobody were there to clean these! Totally unacceptable food place from an International chain and renowned restaurant.
