I came in twice to see a doctor when I had a sinus/ear infection in December before Christmas and the staff at reception were lovely. Yes there are wait times, but that is due to such a high demand so you can't blame the practice for that. The doctors and nurses were awesome and very helpful and caring - give these poor workers a break, they deserve better reviews for their hard work.
I commend the staff working on Tuesday night for their fantastic and selfless job. Most specially the guard who was very helpful, directing and informing people what to do, and the lady technician at the Auckland Radiology Department who pushed my daughter to be seen at the clinic even though they said they’re already closed due to fracture and bone dislocation. To the receptionist, nurse and doctors who saw us. Thank you so much. May God bless you more.
A very big Thank-you to the Security staff member at around 7:00 pm tonight he came to our rescue like an Angel . My neighbours daughter 3 years had met with an accident and when we were at the clinic it was already closed. We were advice to take the baby to middle more . I requested the security to please advice us any nearby clinic .He came to our car saw the baby said he will try and get a nurse if any available but not sure . He went running inside got a nurse within five minutes baby was checkup by the. Doctor and the nurses. Thank-you to all your team God bless you all
Went there today 26/07/2022 with my partner who had a few chest pains. Reception was very quick at getting us seen as soon as possible. We were swiftly seen by a very kind nurse who asked all the right questions and was very thorough. Doctor arrived soon after the nurses assessment. The doctor was very friendly, thorough and professional with a positive attitude. After the first few tests, everything seemed fine, but then the doctor wanted to double check with a special blood test done at their clinic. After waiting for 20 minutes for the results, it determined that my partner needed to go to the hospital for further tests, which ended up confirming that he did indeed have a heart attack. If we went anywhere else I think we would of been sent home as usual and he would of suffered. Thank you for your work today team.
Fantastic staff from when I first arrived the security staff got me a wheel chair and took me in, to the receptionist, nurses and doctor working late on Friday 2nd December. You were all wonderful. Thank you.
Very long wait times. Unhelpful and at tunes rude staff. They see patients as problems who they hope will go away. Slack and unprofessional. For the money you pay it's a rip off. Avoid this place.
On the 22nd Dec we brought our mum 82 yrs old for an X-ray to only to find her wrist was broken. This was county care at Roselands Papakura NZ As everything has process the wait times were long and we ended up being there well over 6 hrs. We waited mostly outside due the amount of people inside. As we sat for very long periods of time I watched the security guard who had also helped us outside on many occasions as it rained on and off and we often needed to move due to the weather but he helped us. I also watched him help sooo many people I lost count. I watched him carry things in and out of their cars, lift mobility aids in and out of cars, hold umbrellas over people as they walked to cars or run over as they were stepping out of their cars so they didn’t get wet. He spoke so lovely to everyone that came through those doors all day. He was so attentive to everyone and cared to take note of their needs and quickly help. I believe his name was Adam. He went off shift around 4pm. This man should be recognised and rewarded for what he does. He is amazing. He is that first lovely caring person that greets people as the come in and that last person to help and say goodbye as they leave. What a beautiful man. You are all very nice and helpful but I just couldn’t help but notice how Adam helped and cared for so many people including us more than once, for the hours that we sat and watched him. Very touching to watch him work. Thank you Adam for being the wonderful man with a big heart for caring about others.
Urgent care needed for injury , the nurses were lovely and caring , we did not wait long to see a doctor and again excellent care given
I recently had a severe motorcycle accident and visited the Counties Medical Integrated Health, as it was the nearest open Urgent Care Centre. I was saturated in sweat and dripping blood when I arrived. The accident had torn off the bottom half of my clothing, so I had just a sheet covering my lower half while I sat in a wheelchair. In this vulnerable state, the staff's first instinct was to write me a medical exemption to be off work for a week - not perform a thorough medical assessment. The staff were rude and did not take me seriously; I am not sure what they consider severe enough to be professional, but a motorcycle accident should be taken seriously due to the high risk of head injury, concussion and brain damage. When they finally got around to providing me with medical advice, they told me they would treat my injuries like burns and offer me pain relief, and then I could go home. Knowing the severity of these injuries, my partner had me transferred to Auckland City Hospital ED. Once at the Auckland Hospital, they immediately put me on a bed, provided pain relief, a comprehensive medical assessment, and did various scans to understand how badly I had been hurt. The Hospital staff were shocked at the minimal treatment provided by the Medical Centre in Papakura. The security guard was the only person who treated me with respect during my visit to Papakura. I would not recommend anyone visit this Medical Centre for any medical support.
To the Receptionists, Nurses and Doctors. Thank you all so much for the consistent kindness and care you give towards my Mum each and every time we visit. Always Grateful
