I may act up at times that makes Counties Manukau NZPD cross with me, I don't want to live in Auckland without them protecting us, they're genuine and do great in our country I love yous lol.
Your organisation in its present form is a joke. I don't even blame the police but I do blame the government, I guess when my alcholic neighbour kills someone drink driving we'll just say "oh well its current year". Your phone delays are laughable.

Spent over 5 hours with Nichola giving statements about an incident. She was extremely friendly and made my partner and I's time rather enjoyable under the circumstances! She made sure we had several cups of tea and that my well-being was priority number one at all times.
Horrible place the coffee sucked and only one choice at breakfast time definitely won't be staying the night anytime soon.
Wish I could add attachment photos of my expensive leather wallet which was handed into lost property 2 weeks ago Tuesday and was supposed to be couriered to another station, was told 2 times after arriving to the pukekohe front desk it should be on its way which never even left the manukau station to which I would be notified. No phone calls no messages and end up traveling to the manukau station to find it stuffed in a zip lock bag still sodden and now mouldy and ruined the lady asked if was I called or notified of the condition of my wallet which I hadn’t and if I’d like all of my cards removed and throw away the wallet hahaha. Front desk and contact centre needs to sort out there stuff, love the hard work of the police enforcement.
Exactly not recommend this police, service is too slow. Staff us not hurry to help, you will have got feeling that they temporize time for paid hours. I asked to tell my problem in room, not in the line . There was not available . We were waiting in the queue for 1 hour. If you have got plenty of time , you can go there. If you value your time , you will not go there

Police try to do the best they can with the resources available. Understandably a difficult job, but queue times can also be quite long depending on time of day.
I have been trying to call this number 09 261 1300 but the option just keeps on repeating itself and is not working. Tried calling Papatoetoe branch and it says that the number is not in service ! Now how should I contact police if it is not emergency?
