Had a call out last night as my house power went out. Lodged a outage on counties website. Within 10 minutes a tech was pulling into my driveway. Deon Muller was absolutely great. Very professional and kind. He figured out the issue quickly and communicate how long it would take to fix. He took all safety measures and fixed it within an hour. Thank you Deon for coming to the rescue at 10pm at night in the cold
The Counties Energy tree services team cleaned up trees on our boundary that were close to power lines. Very efficient and respectful of our property. They are working hard to make the network secure. Even left wood chips which are always useful on a big property.
Currently engaged with council electrical repair in clendon etherton drive and have had our power out for almost 6 hours from 10 and stil out at 1.38 and haven't been able to complete any task and wasn't informed before hand of the situation
For the love of God, if your going to keep turning the power out for 8/9 hours, keep to your scheduled time!!! 1.5hours over time today with absolutely no communication from you as to what was happening and when power would be restored. So absolutely sick to my back teeth of it, it happens everytime you turn the power off.
Thank you counties for the bestest customer service in the entire world. I had a power outage this morning and vector kept panning me off to counties. It was a very frustrating day going back and forth. Counties kept it real and literally valued me as a consumer even thought they found I wasn't apart of their network. After 5 phonecalls to each business 10 total, I finally got vector to frikn sort my power out. What a major headache that was. Please hope i don't have to go through that ever again! But thank you to customer services for all your help.
