Awesome service and really friendly staff. Dropped off 5 deer and they had it ready in less than a week. They helped explain and give suggestions for what cuts to get and which small goods would work well. After hours drop off is perfect for when you get back into Auckland from a hunt. Definitely will be returning!

These guys have been awesome every time I've used them. Drop animals off in the hunter chiller and pick up your small goods less than a week later. I have to ration the Garlic salami, otherwise I would eat a 1 kg salami in a single sitting... it is that good.
Unfortunately there are not a huge number of home kill businesses in our area so I'm sure these guys rely on that. Customer Service is clearly not important. Watched me unprepared in a huge down poor get saturated dropping sheep off - I asked for help and was told, while watched from under shelter, good luck. Asked if they were open for uplift on Waitangi Day and was told Yes. Turned up after 40min drive - closed. Then told snarkily on the phone "funny that its a public holiday" come back another day or someone MIGHT be there in an hour or so if you want to wait. Not what you want to hear. Front office spoils what could have been a good review. Customer Service - clearly only important if you need repeat customers?
The best Game and Home Kill operators in all the land. With service and product that is second to none!
