Bought a truck from them. I paid in advance and waited a couple of months instead of the promised two-three weeks. Long story short, after a few delays and postpones, they delivered the not fully functioning truck. fog lights weren't working, the decks opened themselves on the go because of broken catch, etc.. A few emails and phone calls to Vince didn't help, and he refused to fix it. Very disappointed. Please stay away from that company, my advice!

Bought a used Triton here. Vince was excellent to deal with, very helpful. He even opened the yard and met me there on a Sunday as this was the only day i could pick the vehicle up on. I would definitely do business with this company again. Thanks Vince for all your help. You went above and beyond and i am so happy i bought from you. 10/10 highly recommended.

Brought a truck from them, sales was all right but after 5 month and 4ks driving rear hub start leaking, send them email but no reply, disappointed.

I have purchased 2 trucks from these guys. The have great after sales service with a workshop onsite which was super convenient as I had some customization done to my trucks. . I've never had any issues with my vehicles . They have been supporting the Counties community through sport and charities for decades which is why I'll keep going back.

Absolutely appalling!! I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE! I have had a very bad experience with them since day 1. I went to view a truck and they couldn't get it started. They said it had been sitting idle for too long because of lockdown so it needed a jump start when in fact, i later found out it was a faulty truck. Anyway, i was desperate to get a truck as soon as possible so I came back after a few days to view it and take it for a test drive. The day i was scheduled to take it for a test drive, they rang and told me they couldn't find a seatbelt for the driver's seat but it should be ok for me to drive it anyway. Unbelievable!! I couldn't reschedule things on my end to accommodate THEIR stuff up so i had to go with it. Truck seemed fine when I took it for a test drive so i decided to go ahead with the purchase. Told them how many times that i needed it for the weekend so they had more than a week to sort out the paperwork and get all the servicing and work done etc. As soon as I sent payment details through, they seemed unbothered after that, took their time and didn't care much about my request. I had to follow up numerous times to try and get a confirmation that i would be able to pick it up the day i requested. They said yes but when I got there, they told me I had to bring it back after the weekend so they can get it serviced and fix up other things like the radio and rear view camera. Just shocking! When i arrived to pick up the truck, it honestly seemed like nothing had been done to it. They sat on it the whole week and only did the paperwork on the day it was due to be handed over. I was promised so many things about the truck when I first went to view it eg. the box would be cleaned up, camera fixed, radio etc etc but none of that was done. I should have rejected it there but I was desperate and they assured me all would be sorted when i bring it back after that weekend. I had no choice because i didn't want to waste money hiring another truck just for that weekend so that they can sort out the work that should have already been done. Brought the truck back after the weekend and again, it was a mission to try and get a definite answer as to when it would be ready because i needed it back. The amount of excuses i got was just shocking. Since i've had the truck, i've had countless problems with it and now they are trying to ignore me. The first time they took the truck back to try and fix it, they said the battery was low because i left the speaker of the vehicle on! What a joke! The speaker is connected to the main electronics so you can't even turn it on without turning on the truck so how the heck was it able to drain the battery when it can't be used without the truck being on!! They even asked me if i can get a local mechanic to come look it at first when the truck is still under warranty!!! Even consumer protection advises AGAINST customers doing this because it should be the dealer's responsibility to fix it if it's still under warranty! They've been taking their time responding to my emails and just trying to drag out time until the warranty is over. Beware of dealing with these people because they only care about your money and judging by the previous review, it seems they are selling faulty vehicles to customers!! Absolutely disgusting!

Have used a vehicle my cousin bought from them and I wish she took me with her when she went looking for one because it's a piece of junk. They probably took advantage of her and sold her a vehicle that had underlying issuses seeing that she didn't know much about mechanics and that she was desperate to get a vehicle asap.
