Our go to countdown/woolworths until we moved to waiata shores as we move place. The shop layout is very convenient and parking is plentiful. Only downside is, there is always people outside shop asking for change or coins. Probably best if they get a security officer to organise or arrange something.

Great experience of shopping. Has all you need, including, grocery, bakery, medicines, and other household stuff as well.
For over a decade in Takanini, my experience has been mixed. Unfortunately, the online order and pick-up service consistently lead to missing items, causing inconvenience and frustration. Despite repeated attempts, the issue persists, making it challenging to rely on their service. There is room for improvement. On a positive note, the walk-in grocery experience, selections, parking, and being a reliable soft plastic recycling shop are commendable aspects.
Always clean and tidy awesome customer service. Been shopping here 20+ years. Countdown over any other supermarket Unfortunately back to lock down level4. The staff here are always pleasant
