All Countdowns are good for some things and not other things. Depending on your needs at the time. A convienient store for us. Always clean and tidy with pleasant staff.
Fire time we have been to this Countdown store. It was great, spacious, clean and tidy. Staff super helpful and friendly.

As far as supermarkets go it's not bad unfortunately their hot cross are awful. Wont be buying them again. They hadn't even put a glaze on them.
Handy supermarket if you're heading north through Rotorua. Got everything you need, clean and bright.
