Fantastic fresh seafood. Oysters you must try! We had crab sticks as delicious dessert ;. Nice seating area outside also! Highly recommended!
Had the fish n chip meal, 6 battered oysters and a dozen fresh half shelled oysters. The oysters tasted really fresh however overall a little greasy and the scoop of chips for $5 was incredibly stingy.
Super fresh seafood. Oysters only $20 dozen either in half shell or pottle. Takeaways can be eaten in fantastic outdoor areas overlooking stunning view of estuary. Loads of parking & friendly staff. Most do when in Coromandel town.
I had what is possibly the best fish and chips I've ever had at the Coromandel Oyster Company. The oysters were equally as good! I'd highly recommend you stop here and taste the food, you won't be disappointed.
After some hard days further north in the Coromandel, the Mussels and Chips dish and the very charming outdoor cafe setting felt like a reward. The perfect place to stop off - on your way up, or back.
Best meal in NZ! Fresh juicy oysters and mussels that were sweet. The beef dog was really good too with great batter. Really cheap too considering the quality.

One of the best fried/battered oysters we've had. The prawn twisters were good too. Kids loved the kids box. Seating is nice and ample parking.
The Lonley Planet Travel guide said this had the best seafood chowder in NZ. I thought I'd be the judge of that.... Loaded with seafood and the sause is so thick and creamy. Worth every cent. This was, without a doubt exquisite and sublime chowder. One must simply stop here and try it. Thanks for sharing with me.
Amazing food at an amazing place. Their oysters and burgers are must try. The outside seating is bliss as well. I would be recommending this as the best spot to eat in Coromandel. Staff was friendly, too.
