It is a classic. Remarkable interior decorations. Antiques there are amazing. But the only downside I see is their washroom. Else this would have been a 5 star rating. I think it would have been better if they could upgrade men's toilet with urinal pots. Leave that behind. Outdoor seating available. It will give u a way better feeling of a classic looking restaurant/pub. You would love the decorations and the arrangements. I was pretty impressed with those and the setting. Customer service was good from the girl at the cashier. Literally she was the only one I had to deal mainly. But staff seemed to be nice. Would not hesitate to visit again if I pass by. Food was nice too. Unfortunately, on my day of visit 03/Apr/2022, they had run out of fish. So, I had to go for a second choice.
If you want a feel for the local area, then you must stop in here. I ordered the vege burger without cheese to make it vegan witu some curly fries on the side. They had a vegan friendly sav blanc too - Neds brand. The burger was really tasty, as was the wine. If we visit the area again, we'll be back for sure
Great country pub. They do big gigs in the summer and it has a big stage area out back. Food is really good although there is no table service you order at the bar and collect your own food. Great atmosphere.
nice place to stop and have a drink on our way through to Whitianga. The outdoor area out back looks amazing. I must go back next time they have something on
Stayed at the freedom camp by the river walked over the bridge and got dinner and drinks great food and atmosphere if you stay at the freedom camp please support this local business thank you guys Aussie Aussie Aussie .
Brilliant place, great food, friendly staff, great concert
Super friendly and helpful staff. Had to wait a wee while for our food, but was lovely when it arrived. Had a brilliant time at the Exponents gig.
Good atmosphere great food scallop burger is fresh and delicious love the outdoor garden area, it was nice to receive a complimentary bottle wine for mothers day top place
A nice place to stop. Great motorcycling roads all around. Beautiful beaches and Coro scenery at hand.Food: 5/5
Ample outdoor seating and a fantastically decorated interior made this the perfect stop after a swim in the Coroglen River just across the bridge. Order at the bar and relax away. Sweet stage out the back for when gigs are on.
