Story

I am passionate about supporting People and Horses be their best.
Many times I see people and horses who have already lost their spark for life because of stress, pain, tension, circumstances etc.
It gives me the greatest joy to rekindle that spark, engage the body's wisdom to change and heal in the way it needs to and give you tools to establish more resources the body and mind can draw on in order to build resilience and relaxation.
I have done extensive training overseas and here in NZ to keep building skills in order to be of the best possible service to you, which is ongoing.
The primary method I use for people is called Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST), which involves gentle yet powerful touch and works by engaging the body's wisdom to find it's own way back to health, wellness, relaxation and balance.
With Horses I use a combination of BCST, Homeopathy, Neuromyofascial Release, Kinesiology taping and Masterson Method depending on the individual's needs at the time.
I love connecting with Horses, these incredibly strong, yet gentle, forgiving, sensitive and congruent beings.
They certainly kept me sane when I was growing up in Germany, being trained by Olympian Dressage Rider 'Hubertus Schmidt'.
Therefore especially rewarding for me to be able to help them along on their journey now.
I am registered with PACT (Pacific Association for Craniosacral Therapists) and ETAA (Equine Therapy Association of Australia).
