The service from Kenny was exceptional, he was funny, professional and made checking in brilliant. Huge shout out to Kenny. The rooms are what you’d expect and the easy walking distance to Te papa is handy as well. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
Even though she's a bit tired. The room is immaculate. Shower pressure is great. Bed is comfy and the view is awesome. Definitely coming back.
Shout out to Chris who checked me in in a late night. appreciated his professional service, patience and kindness.
Room smelt like mould and wet carpet. Was charged extra $25 for a key card when I wasnt given an extra in the first place. The room just smelt so bad... even opening the doors and windows wasnt enough. Definitely not worth the money for the stay. Go elsewhere
