I called in as soon as they opened, some dude called Justin, bad mood and tone, I asked if he had any wof bookings available and he just hung up on me. I called back immediately and asked why he just hung up on me, he then proceeds to say in the MOST cry baby voice ever, “No I didnttttttt the phone just does that sometimeesss” I hope from reading that you can hear how he sounded like. Would never go here just based off that experience
Justin is the man! Ladies. Go to him. He will do it right by you! He knows what he is doing & I have found he will try & source reasonable prices to help you out & fit you into his extremely busy schedule. .However the other guy on the lot I found quite yuck with his attitude to women. I wouldn't want to deal with him at all, but Justin, for the most part is one of the most honest mechanics I have come across in NZ and there's only two honest ones I have found out of countless so keep the integrity up & good work Justin. Thank you for being real on behalf of all women out there who are sick of lies & bs from mechanics.
Really disappointing service from Carl. He took the parts off the car to check an issue, couldn’t find the issue and then refused to put the bits back in the vehicle. Justin is awesome, Carl may need a lesson in customer service especially if he’s going to mumble unhelpful comments under his breath as you go to leave the garage. I’d give carl half a star if I could.
Dishonest and rude.nCost you money replacing things that are not the problem. Then claim’s he can’t remember the car when it has W.O.F inspection sheet with his name on it less than a month old. I will never use this company again and I hope this review saves someone from this company and they bad character doing the inspections.
Best mechanic knows what he's doing. I trust him with my vehicles no problem. This causes an issue tho Justin is always booked up.
