Luke took time out of his very busy day to look at a noise coming from my cambelt housing after a different mechanic had fitted a new cambelt, tensioner and water pump only 700km 9 days before on my 7m motorhome.nHe gave me excellent advice, and worked this into his schedule, sourced the parts and had it repaired and back on the road withn a few working days.nCan't say enough about Luke's professional approach to the problem I was having, his great advice and taking time to explain what was going on every step of the way. Highly recommended.
I have taken a few different vehicles here for WOFs, and other wear and tear things new radiator, ball joint replacement, brakes; just to name a few over the last couple of years.nnAnything that needed doing was sorted as soon as possible, with a break down of anything that’s been noted and recommended - a bonus that they have a great hourly rate too.nnThe service is great and our cars are sorted for their yearly WOFs and maintenance.nnLuke also went out of his way to help when a family member mistakenly put 91 in their diesel vehicle at the GAS station used to driving the other petrol car, bang on closing time, and they were flat out with other jobs.nI highly recommend Luke and Mindy and the team at Coopers Beach Garage, and will continue to support their awesome business!

What a great team Luke and Mindy are. I recently had my WOF at their garagenn- The work that needed to be completed was explained to me and why it needed to be done and they provided a quote and break down on the individual repair jobs.nnObviously it is your choice whether you use them to complete the repair jobs though I found their quote to be very reasonable and fair.nnMy old ute is driving like a 2024 after the repairs. Thanks guys
Terrible customer service and workmanship. Took my car in for a WOF and service, they told me i needed new brake hoses for WOF, i had replaced them 12 months earlier for the previous warrant so questioned them on this. They seemed to become very defensive, and uncooperative, telling me they were busy when i would phone them to discuss, very difficult to talk to, avoiding discussions. I took it to a different Northland mechanic and it passed its warrant, no problem with brake hoses. i definitely get dodgy vibes from this business.
