Based in Havelock North we produce artisan pork and duck rilletes, along with handmade mayonnaise and a selection of traditional salad dressings.

Story

We love food! More importantly we love good, proper, food.

Made entirely by hand, our products use only locally sourced ingredients and contain only the ingredients really necessary. No unnecessary added extras at Cook Hawke's Bay!

Our range of products and services starts with some lovely goodies to share with your friends, traditionally produced salad dressings and proper mayonnaise.

We also provide an at home dinner party service - we work with you to plan your menu, dinner setting and wine pairings. We then provide waiting staff for your event and cook everything in your own home. What a wonderful way to entertain your friends at home without having to lift a finger. We will, of course, clear everything down after you are finished enjoying yourselves.

Finally, coming soon is our much anticipated supper club. Tickets will be strictly limited so you can make the most of our wonderful setting. You will experience an evening starting with canapes and fizz followed by a three course shared table meal. You'll be sure to make new friends as you enjoy the evening.
