Don’t buy car from here, get a second quote from else where first before you make your decision. Otherwise you will be regret like me. By far the most expensive VW dealership and very disappointing service and such a rip off. Not recommend and I will not do business with this company again.
Took my car in for fixing light issue. Received no welcome from the service team. They did not even offer to sit or have a coffee while I waited. Car was not vacuumed or washed after fix. I must say this is one of the worst service team I have dealt with. Not friendly at all. Please go and buy from another dealer.
was picking up and later dropping off a friend while her car was serviced there. I was very impressed with their service people dealing with her druing level 3 and they couldn't have been more helpful.
Services department never picks up any calls. Taken my name and number nurmous times with no follow up. Also couldn't fix a few accessory problems.
Very poor service department. I have dealt with other car companies and I must say Continental VW provided the worst after sales service. I wouldnt buy my next car from here.
