It is always a pleasant experience getting my car serviced at CCBMW. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly special call out to Amy, my Service Advisor who is amazing. I love the new premises too. It's an incredible building and no more struggles for parking :
Despite what the bad reviews say about them, I think the staff were very friendly, and were pretty well priced for the work I had done given its all genuine parts ect. I did have a few queries after I picked up the car but they were resolved quickly after a call with the service manager. Friendly team and great show room!
