I went there today at 11 a.m. There were no queues, and it took me 5 minutes to get in and out. The staff was efficient and friendly. Since I uploaded everything online, I only had to carry a passport for a tourist visa. I was told to collect the passport on Monday.
Excellent experience on both visits. Was in and out within 5 minutes both times first time i went there at 8:45, second time at 3:00 evryone is super helpful and the security gaurds are just amazing people.
Great experience. Highly efficient and organised if you are equally as organised. Recommend getting there just before it opens and joining the queue, get your number at the door & wait for your number to be displayed inside. Plenty of room inside for the pram. Car parking is VERY limited, but there is a parking warden around to help during open hours only.
Not sure why this place has such a bad rep!nWe got there to drop off our passports after applying online for a tourism visa. Got there at 8:30am and waited in line, would recommend getting there at least half an hour before they open as the line does get pretty long. We were let in at 9am on the dot and then were out by 9:10! Super quick and easy. Staff were lovely and helpful. I think maybe the people leaving bad reviews had not followed the correct steps with application process because there were seriously no issues at all with the way the process was handled by staff, in my experience.
the new process for visas is very straight forward. first apply online, need to book everything first, then wait a day for approval. visit the embassy in the morning only passport needed, no documents, and then return 4 days later in the afternoon to pay for the visa and collect the passport. not much parking on site is the only downside.
