There are at least 5 carparks for visitors and a person to guide you. I finished what I need to do in 5mins. The lady was super friendly and professional.
Really slow, I went there at 8am started to queue but I didnt get in. They should hire more contractors to let us not queuing. If you want to get your things done for the day have to arrive before 7am!
Not sure why this place has such a bad rep!nWe got there to drop off our passports after applying online for a tourism visa. Got there at 8:30am and waited in line, would recommend getting there at least half an hour before they open as the line does get pretty long. We were let in at 9am on the dot and then were out by 9:10! Super quick and easy. Staff were lovely and helpful. I think maybe the people leaving bad reviews had not followed the correct steps with application process because there were seriously no issues at all with the way the process was handled by staff, in my experience.
Just gotta becareful with parking. Everyone queues up here well before the opening time. So if you want a spot you'd better get here almost an hour before.
I went there today at 11 a.m. There were no queues, and it took me 5 minutes to get in and out. The staff was efficient and friendly. Since I uploaded everything online, I only had to carry a passport for a tourist visa. I was told to collect the passport on Monday.
