FANTASTIC service from the team at the Hamilton office. I took my MacBook Pro in and they diagnosed it on the spot. Keyboard faulty. Rung next day, fixed and ready to go!!! As it was still under Apple warranty I only had two options in Hamilton... the other quoted me 2-3 weeks. Huge thanks 10/10!
Dropped my laptop 25th Jan 2023 while working on it, I use this laptop everyday for work. I get it assessed by these clowns after battling with insurance company for two weeks to get assessed by "their preferred repairer" to have a report back that the laptop has not been used since August 2022! - ? Really ? No wonder why people don't trust insurance companies, I rang them to ask them how they came to that conclusion and they responded with "they have their ways". They guy on the phone was very arrogant which fired me up. Uh huh-ing me over speaking me, I'm absolutely fuming. Insurance companies have their preferred repairer to get their preferred outcome. Customers always lose. This is just another company giving false information and pretending they actually have a clue.
Great service. Fixed under Apple warranty for free which wasn't expecting. Got MacBook back within a week.

I'm very happy with the service which was provided to me by Gareth there. He always kept me updated about my MacBook Pro repairing status. Everything was done so smoothly and with the high quality. I'm very grateful to him for the service, he's done amazing job!
A really really great place to get apple products serviced and fixed. I went there a week ago not expecting much as a previous apple servicer I had used was absolutely terrible. The whole team at connect NZ is so amazing! In one week they recommended options, ordered parts, and fixed my laptop. I genuinely think this is the best electronic servicing company I’ve ever tried.
So helpful. I first went in about my Apple TV and they gave me so much help and great advice. I then went in again in regards to my iPhone battery, and again, beyond helpful!! So glad I found you guys to help me with all my electrical issues!!
