Our innovative venture connects businesses with the local community.

A passion for bringing together local people, businesses and the community has inspired Tessa Keeling, Maria Thackwell and Raelene Rees to create their unique new venture which opens on the 7th of April 2017 in Conway Lane Rangiora.

The North Canterbury trio have created an innovative shared space in Conway Lane which provides clients with the best advice for property management, mortgage and accountancy services in one location, while also offering tailored learning experiences.

“We’ve been wanting to establish an office in Rangiora for a few years and this was a natural progression for our businesses as we love the friendly atmosphere along with the progressive and positive vibe in the local community,” says Raelene

Under the collective banner of “Connect North Canterbury”, Tessa, Raelene and Maria are passionate about providing outstanding client service which helps people achieve their goals.

“We help our clients achieve their dreams and their success is our success. We listen to their concerns and provide clients with tailored advice which suits their personal needs.“While we are sharing space together, we still provide the same level of confidentiality with access to private meeting rooms. Clients can either come to us as a one shop service or else consult with us individually,” says Tessa.

Drawing on over 70 years of combined experience, Tessa, Maria and Raelene saw an opportunity to give back to their local community by delivering a new type of service which allows clients to build business relationships through joint premises, networking events and seminars.

“We help our clients achieve their dreams and their success is our success. We listen to their concerns and provide clients with tailored advice which suits their personal needs.
“We wanted to create a vibrant space where people can connect with others in the community through networking and educational events,” says Maria.

These events focus on property with topics including: setting up a new business, property investment and seminars for first home buyers. The informal sessions provide locals with a chance to learn from experts in a relaxed, supportive environment.

The welcoming atmosphere of the shared space provides the perfect backdrop for clients to have a chat over coffee while receiving the best local advice.
