Complete Pilates is based in Lincoln providing small quality matt based Pilates Classes. Suitable for all ranges of abilities from beginner through to advanced level. There are a number of classes available either during work times or evening classes.
Complete Pilates also provide individual sessions or group sessions on request. For private or small groups often reformer based exercises are incorporated into the session. If you have any requests please be in touch with your requirements.
Pilates is an exercise that is focussed on developing core control by training the abdominal muscles. It is also perfect for toning long muscles as it has an emphasis on using our muscles in lengthened positions. By teaching correct core control we can then obtain improved movement patterns through the rest of the body, this makes it an excellent choice as an exercise to compliment you other activities or rehabilitate from an injury.
