Went here for my nails the week before Xmas as it was a gift. The colour chipped in 3 days which was very disappointing. The response was slow and took a few days to get back to me as they left a voice message which I didn't check. Owner reached out on the Friday afternoon to get them repainted the following day. Appreciate the response, but still annoyed I have had to repaint it myself as the colour looked like it had been on there for weeks.
Service was good, Abby was very nice, gave good aftercare advice and checked I was suitable for treatment before I started. I am extremely pleased with the results of my lash lift! I give 4 stars only because there was some glue left on my eyelids which I had to remove at home. This type of thing doesn’t bother me being previously in the industry myself but that was the only thing that took away from the perfect treatment!
Had a facial and a deluxe pedicure here. Both therapists were friendly and professional. I felt very well looked after and would happily recommend. I have now booked my husband for a pedicure as I know he will feel comfortable here.

Grace made my facial a really beautiful experience. She is skilled and competent in massage and applying products. I left there relaxed, with glowing skin and knowing my skin was rehydrated and nourished.
I had such a lovely and relaxing experience and Miss Abby is such a sweet young lady who was very gentle and tidy doing a fabulous job on my lashes and brows. Very pleased with the results and I’m ready to book in again. Lenora :-
Just had a facial and it was sublime. Especially loved the hot towels and massage. I regularly get my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and shaped and am always impressed with the results
Had a lovely experience at Complete Beauty. The environment is restful and comfortable and Abby was very friendly. I felt the price for my Henna brows was very reasonable and I am very pleased with the result.
First time customer and had a wonderful facial today with an eye trio today with Abby. Very friendly and professional. Felt like a little holiday. 100% will be coming back for more.
A last minute treat facial is just what this mum needed and the happy hour promo was a great option. Easy to book, easy parking and friendly service. Thanks girls
