I have practiced pilates for many years and am a recent graduate of the Bodylight method. Bodylight integrates yoga, pilates and qigong techniques into a wholistic approach to the health of body and mind.
Qigong is now part of my daily routine and seeing its benefits has inspired me to do further study.
I would welcome the opportunity to guide you in your own explorations of mind-body movement through pilates, yoga and qigong. I am based in Kihikihi, Te Awamutu.
